6th Grade Jazz Bands
6th Grade Jazz Band is a group intended to provide a place to introduce students to Jazz music. The group is open to students who are already in the school concert band unless they play piano, bass or guitar. The 6th Grade Jazz Lab Band meets on Tuesday Afternoons from 3:30-4:15 PM. We will have our first rehearsal on Tuesday September 29, 2009. There are no auditions for this group, just show up and play. The only performance the band have is on April 29 at our Spring Jazz Concert.
Dress for that spring concert is jeans, white collared shirt with the craziest tie you can find.
